Who we are and acceptance

Zapzei is provided by [LEGAL NAME], CNPJ [CNPJ], [ADDRESS]. By creating an account or using the extension you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy.

What Zapzei does

Zapzei turns a contact spreadsheet into a send list: you import the file, write one message per list, and each click on Send opens WhatsApp with the conversation and the text ready. Zapzei keeps track of who you already sent to.

Zapzei never sends messages on its own, never reads your conversations and does not connect to your WhatsApp account. Because the message leaves from your own WhatsApp, we cannot know whether it was delivered: a send is counted when you click Send.

Zapzei is not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by WhatsApp or Meta. WhatsApp is a trademark of its owners.

Your account

• You must be 18 or over and give true information at sign-up.
• The account is personal. Keep your password safe; you answer for what is done with it.
• Each account can have up to two active devices, such as a computer and a phone.

Acceptable use

You may message only people who know you and agreed to hear from you, or with whom you have an existing relationship. You agree to follow WhatsApp's terms and the LGPD. It is not allowed to:

• send unsolicited messages, spam, scams or illegal content;
• import lists bought, rented or collected without the people's knowledge;
• try to get around the usage limits, share an account or interfere with the service.

We may suspend an account that breaks these rules, telling you why whenever the law allows.

The free plan

Zapzei is free, with limits: 15 sends a day, renewed at midnight in your time zone, and 100 sends every 30 days. The extension always shows how many are left and when each limit renews. Undoing a send returns the contact to the list, but not the send to the limit.

The 30-day unlock

The 30-day unlock removes the limits for 30 days from the payment. It costs R$ 4.99 by Pix in Brazil, or US$ 2.99 by card outside Brazil. It is a one-time payment: there is no automatic renewal and no extra fee. Buying again while an unlock is active adds 30 days after its current end. Payments are processed by Stripe.

If you change your mind, you can ask for a full refund within 7 days of the payment, as the Brazilian Consumer Defense Code provides, by writing to [email protected].

Your data and content

Your spreadsheets, lists and messages remain yours. You allow us to store and process them only to provide Zapzei to you, as described in the privacy policy. You can export or delete them at any time.

Availability and liability

We work to keep Zapzei available and your data safe, but the service may have interruptions for maintenance or for reasons beyond our control. Zapzei depends on WhatsApp and on your browser, which we do not control. Within the limits of the law, we are not liable for indirect damages, for the content of the messages you send, or for how WhatsApp treats your account.

Ending the account

You can delete your account whenever you want. Your data is then deleted as described in the privacy policy. An active unlock is not refunded after the 7-day period.

Changes to these terms

When these terms change, we update the date at the top of the page and, for relevant changes, tell you in the extension or by email before they take effect.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Brazilian law. If you are a consumer, you may bring any dispute in the courts where you live.
